Substitute Omega of the Top-Tier Alpha Sweet, Tempting, and Irresistibly FlirtatiousChapter 1: Husband~

Chapter 1: Husband~

“Little Si, you absolutely must get hold of the Chu Group’s trade secrets! Only then will I have a chance to turn things around!”

Su Si felt dizzy as he heard those words. He opened his eyes in a daze.

Clutching his head, he slowly sat up. Countless memories that did not belong to him flashed through his mind.

Along with certain memories he had never paid much attention to before.

He had transmigrated into a novel.

As soon as he reached that conclusion, the novel’s plot unfolded in his mind, along with every memory from the original owner’s life.

This was an ABO world, and he had transmigrated into an orphaned cannon-fodder character who shared his name, its pronunciation, and even his face. Worse still, this cannon fodder was hopelessly devoted to the novel’s male lead.

The original Su Si had secretly fallen in love with the male lead while they were still in school. Despite being an Omega with countless Alphas pursuing him, he ignored every one of them and insisted on being with the male lead.

Naturally, the male lead was not about to let such an opportunity slip through his fingers. After all, he knew exactly how useful someone who loved him blindly could be.

And so, the male lead began putting his plans into motion.

He would rescue Su Si from difficult situations like a hero saving a damsel in distress. At other times, he would make deliberately ambiguous remarks, leading the inexperienced Su Si, who had never been in a relationship, to fall even more deeply in love with him.

From Su Si’s perspective as a reader, every one of those actions had been calculated.

The original novel had made it perfectly clear that the male lead had always been in love with someone else.

That person was his cherished first love, the novel’s other male protagonist.

The male lead’s family situation was an absolute mess, and he did not want his precious beloved to suffer through any of it.

So his solution was to deceive the original Su Si instead?

The poor fool had truly been deceived beyond belief.

Starting from their school days, the original Su Si had been manipulated into studying while working several part-time jobs. He would juggle multiple jobs in a single day, then hand over every penny he earned at the end of the month, keeping absolutely nothing for himself.

Later, when the male lead claimed that he needed money to advance his career, Su Si even took out various loans to support him.

Little by little, he had practically financed the male lead’s rise to success.

In fact, it would not be an exaggeration to say that eighty-five percent of the money used to establish the male lead’s current company had come from the original Su Si.

All that time, the original Su Si had believed he was giving his future husband an opportunity to prove himself.

Little did he know that the man regarded him as nothing more than a walking cash machine, available whenever he called.

His eventual fate was even more miserable.

The male lead would abandon him, manipulate him into accepting responsibility for every crime, and leave him to enjoy the wonderful reward of life imprisonment.

The most tragic part was that, despite everything the original Su Si had sacrificed, he was nothing more than cannon fodder. The original novel never even bothered to record the terrible things the male lead had done to him.

No one would ever know the full extent of his suffering.

And now, the original Su Si had already been emotionally manipulated into entering the villain’s family through a substitute marriage.

His personal circumstances were nowhere near as impressive as those of the villain’s family. However, through some unknown means, the male lead had managed to arrange for Su Si to be recognized as the person who had saved the villain’s grandfather.

Using that supposed act of kindness as leverage, the original Su Si had insisted on marrying the villain.

And so, he had successfully married into the villain’s household as a substitute spouse.

As for why he had done all this…

Naturally, it was because of the male lead.

His company was currently competing with the villain, Chu Weirang, for a particular piece of land.

He had sent the original Su Si into the Chu family as a spy, intending to have him uncover all sorts of information about Chu Weirang’s company.

First and foremost, he wanted evidence of any hidden scandals or underhanded dealings.

He also wanted confidential information about their competing bids, as well as something particularly precious to the Chu family—the formula for their suppressants.

If any of this were discovered, the original Su Si would undoubtedly be arrested!

And that foolish original owner had actually believed the male lead when he said they could not afford to leave any evidence behind.

He had obediently ensured that there was not a single piece of evidence connecting the two of them.

If he were caught, he would have absolutely no way to prove that someone else had instructed him to commit those crimes.

Fortunately, Su Si had transmigrated at precisely the right moment.

None of that had happened yet.

Tonight was his first night in the Chu household following the substitute marriage.

The original Su Si had been determined not to share a bed with the villain, Chu Weirang. He wanted to preserve his chastity for the male lead, and had been making one foolish scene after another.

Unfortunately, he had accidentally fallen and hit his head on the corner of the bed.

Su Si rubbed his throbbing temples.

There were far too many memories crammed into his head, leaving his mind feeling painfully swollen. Combined with the original owner’s injury, his head was now aching and throbbing terribly.

He gazed ahead in confusion.

Only then did he realize that he was not alone in the room!

There was actually someone else here!

Su Si widened his eyes and stared at the tall figure sitting in the shadows.

He pressed his lips together as a name flashed through his mind.

The villain.

Chu Weirang.

In that brief instant, countless thoughts raced through Su Si’s aching head.

If anyone discovered that he was a substitute and not the person who had actually saved the villain’s grandfather, the marriage would certainly be annulled.

And if the Chu family investigated further, there was no telling how quickly they would discover that someone had deliberately arranged for him to enter their household.

Even if he had not done anything wrong by then, the Chu family would never let him off easily.

Protecting his false identity was his most important priority!

Having made up his mind to keep his secret firmly hidden, Su Si looked toward the villain.

Meanwhile, Chu Weirang watched the expression on Su Si’s face change fifty times in thirty seconds, his own expression remaining utterly indifferent.

“Su Si, stop playing your little tricks.”

Su Si froze.

A moment later, realization struck him.

Good heavens! Did this villain actually think the original Su Si had deliberately injured himself just to force him to come back?

Ah.

That must be it.

After all, they had not even held a wedding ceremony. They had simply registered their marriage, and the villain had left immediately after obtaining their marriage certificate.

Su Si felt terribly wronged.

How could he possibly be blamed for something he had not done?

He threw aside the blanket and climbed out of bed.

Without even bothering to put on his shoes, he walked straight toward Chu Weirang.

As he approached, the man’s face gradually emerged from the darkness.

He possessed an extraordinarily commanding presence, yet his features were strikingly handsome, with a cool, restrained elegance that made him seem almost untouchable.

Unfortunately, those deep-set eyes were filled with unmistakable disgust as they looked at Su Si.

Su Si was positively heartbroken.

He had barely arrived in this world, and his situation was already disastrous!

He had not even had a chance to say anything.

Now he was trapped in an impossible position. Divorce was out of the question, remaining married was equally troublesome, and on top of everything else, he could not allow this man to discover his true identity.

How troublesome.

Su Si lowered his eyelashes.

“Husband…”

His voice was soft and sweet, brimming with such tender affection that anyone listening would immediately assume he was deeply in love with the person he was addressing.

Chu Weirang: “…?”

The man frowned deeply.

Looking at the Omega standing before him, he felt goosebumps rise across his skin.

“Speak properly.”

But how could Su Si possibly speak properly?

Not only did he have no intention of speaking properly, he was going to take things a step further.

And so, the handsome Alpha could only watch as the petite Omega boldly climbed onto his lap.

A pair of slender, jade-white arms wrapped around his neck.

With a pitiful expression, Su Si pointed at his forehead.

A dark, purplish bruise had formed on his fair skin where he had struck the corner of the bed. Against his pale complexion, the injury looked particularly alarming.

“Husband, it hurts so much.”

Chu Weirang stared at the face mere inches from his own.

He reached out to push Su Si away, only to have his hand promptly seized.

Su Si caught his fingers and intertwined them with his own.

The corners of his eyes were flushed a delicate red, his affectionate gaze so captivating that it seemed capable of stealing a person’s soul.

“Husband, it hurts. Won’t you rub it better for me?”

Chu Weirang knew perfectly well that this person must be plotting something.

Nevertheless, he was curious to see exactly what Su Si intended to do.

That did not mean he would obediently go along with it.

The villain, whose self-control was exceptionally strong, firmly pushed the soft, fragrant Omega out of his arms.

“Weak.”

Hearing that judgment, Su Si felt anger flare in his chest.

Yet the words that came out of his mouth were sweeter than ever.

“But of course! I have to be a little weak to complement such a powerful husband as you~”

Chu Weirang: “…”

He regarded Su Si suspiciously.

For a moment, he genuinely wondered whether someone had replaced the person he knew.

Su Si turned sideways, deliberately exposing the scent gland at the back of his neck.

“It’s our wedding night, Husband. How can you possibly leave me all alone in an empty room? At the very least, you ought to stay and keep me company for a while.”

The little Omega lifted his face in a dazzling smile.

And every word that came out of his mouth seemed more outrageous than the last.
