"Previously, completing tasks so troublesome only gave 100 points, and now one strawberry gives 50? This completely doesn't follow the pattern."
Pei Nian always felt these 50 points came too easily, making the fish very uneasy.
[Heh heh, because points actually have another name.]
The system retorted impatiently, but successfully made Pei Nian curious.
"Another name?"
[Yes, before the system's major river crab… ah no, before the major update, points were actually called intimacy.]
[A strawberry personally fed to you by the matched target, of course counts as a symbol of intimacy. =.=]
## Chapter 5
Li Yuan actually didn't understand why he was washing strawberries at 2 AM either.
But being clung to so closely by the little one, not willing to leave for even a moment, inexplicably gave one a subtle sense of responsibility.
Especially after eating the first strawberry, the mermaid lying by the sink widened its silver-blue eyes, and even its snow-white fish tail perked up.
"Am!"
Pei Nian blinked and looked seriously at Li Yuan beside him, especially the sour strawberry in Li Yuan's hand, as if he had discovered a massive points treasure trove.
"Very tasty?"
